About This Recipe

Foxtail Millet Ven Pongal with coconut chutney

Foxtail millet ven pongal with chutney is a comforting, savory dish prepared by cooking foxtail millet with moong dal, black pepper, cumin, ginger, and ghee, resulting in a soft, aromatic, and mildly spiced texture similar to traditional rice pongal. Served with fresh coconut chutney or other traditional chutneys, it makes a wholesome and satisfying meal for breakfast or lunch.
