Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup ragi flour
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1 tsp salt 🧂
  4. 1 tsp chili flakes
  5. 1 tsp Oregano
  6. 2 tbsp oil to make chila
  7. 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce (I used homemade)
  8. 1/2-1 cup amul cheddar cheese 🧀
  9. 1 cup mix veggie - chopped red & green capsicum + corn + onions + olive 🫒 (you can add your choice of veggies)
  10. 1 tsp mix of chili flakes & oregano for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Take ragi flour, besan, oregano, salt & chili flakes in a bowl & make chilla batter (like uttapam)

Step 2

Heat heavy bottom griddle on gas & make little thick chilla by applying oil ; one side cook nicely.

Step 3

Then remove in a plate & apply pizza sauce & very less grated cheese
Put veggies on top & then add grated cheese sprinkle some chili flakes & oregano

Step 4

Now keep on hot griddle on medium flame 🔥 cover it with glass lid & cook till cheese melts
Remove & cut in to slices & serve hot. You will love the taste.
