Ingredients

  1. 1 cup kambu flour
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1/4 cup milk powder
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  9. 2 table spoon choco chips

Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl full of kambu flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, sieve twice. Keep aside.

Take a big bowl, add melted butter and brown sugar, kambu flour mix, milk and vanilla essence, mix well.

Add milk powder, mix well with your hand, until it becomes soft dough. Keep it for ten minutes in the fridge. Remove and add choco chips.

Take a baking tray, spread the baking sheet. Make uniform size cookies. Keep the cookie tray into the preheated electric oven or microwave oven. 180 degree Celsius bake for about 15 to 17 minutes. Take out from the oven. Let it cool.

Transfer to the serving plate. The healthy,tasty and crispy kambu biscuit or pear millet cookies are ready to serve. Enjoy.
