Ingredients

  • 1 bowl kodo millet
  • 1 bowl sabudana
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • Sindhalu salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 3/4 tsp amchur powder
  • 3 tsp coriander chopped
  • 2 cup sweet dahi
  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney

Instructions

Step 1

Use The Fresh Start Wellness Cafe's Kodo Millet Rice (Kodra/Varagu) for this recipe.
Boil the potato and soak sabudana for 5-6 hours. Soak kodo millet for 2-3 hours. Drain excess water from kodo millet. Add all the ingredients. Smash soaked millet with fingers and add.

Step 2

Mix all other ingredients to that. Make a tasty stuff. Make small vadas and fry them on medium heat.

Step 3

Take vada in a bowl put sweet dahi both chutney and serve. It's a crispy vada and farali also.
