Ingredients

  1. 2 cup little millet
  2. 1 cup idli rice/parboiled rice
  3. 1/2 cup urad dal
  4. 1 tsp methi seeds
  5. oil for dosa

Instructions

Step 1

Take all the needed ingredients.

Combine millet,rice,dal and methi seeds in a bowl and soak around 5 hours at least. Then transfer to a blender and grind nicely.

Transfer the batter to another bowl,add salt and ferment it around 6 hours.

Step 4

Then take a laddle of batter and pour on the dosa tawa and spread over. Add a spoonful of ghee or oil as per your wish.

Flip and cook. serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.
