Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Rajgira Flour
  • 2 Boil potato
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 table spoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 table spoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 table spoon Chaat masala
  • 1 table spoon Chopped coriander
  • 4 table spoon oil
  • 1 table spoon Desi ghee

Instructions

Step 1

Take boiled potatoes and mash them and add green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chaat masala to it. Add salt, rajgira flour, oil and knead the dough. Keep the dough aside for 5 minutes and after a while, make a round shape out of it and fry it on a tawa matal and serve it hot.
