Ingredients

  • 150 grams thick rice flakes
  • 3 medium size potato
  • 3 green chillies
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • Turmeric powder
  • chilli powder
  • coriander powder
  • salt as per your taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions

Step 1

Boil potatoes.Cool and remove skin.Mash potatoes.

Step 2

Wash and soak rice flakes for ten minutes.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl add rice flakes, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, chilli, garlic paste,chilli powder,salt, turmeric, coriander powder mix all ingredients together.

Step 4

Make small tikkis from this.Heat a pan add one tablespoon oil and these tikkis.Fry tikkis from both side.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
