Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Banyard Millet rice
  2. 2 cup fresh curd
  3. 1/4 cup sambar onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 3 red chillies
  6. Salt for taste
  7. For Seasoning:
  8. 1 table spoon oil
  9. 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 teaspoon urad dal
  11. 1 teaspoon gram dal
  12. Curry leaves
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. 1/4 cup Pomegranate pearls

Instructions

Step 1

Take a cup of banyard millet rice, clean with plain water, add two cup of water,tranfer to cooker,keep three whistle.

Keep other things ready to make banyard millet curd rice.

Step 3

Take a fry pan,heat it add oil, mustard seed,urad dal,gram dal let it split,add curry leaves,red chilli,onion, tomato pieces,salt fry for two minutes.

Step 4

Let the tomato smash well,add cooked,cooled millet rice and curd mix it well.

Step 5

Transfer to the serving bowl. Sprinkle Pomegranate and finely chopped coriander leaves.
