Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sliced onion
  2. 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  3. 3/4 cup pearl millet flour
  4. 1/4 cup besan
  5. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 cup chopped dhania patta
  12. 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add onion & green chilli, in goes pearl millet flour & besan.

Add in ajwain, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder & salt, sprinkle lil water, mix it well, can add more water if required.

In goes dhania patta, mix it thoroughly, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame. Drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil, deep fry them in batches until brown. Take out in a dish.
