Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sorghum flour
  2. 2 green chilles
  3. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  4. 1/ 4 Tspoon cumin seeds
  5. Salt
  6. Oil

Instructions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl add 1 cup sorghum flour, 2 &1/2 cup water,salt, chopped coriander leaves, chillies chopped, cumin seeds and mixed well.

Heat a nonstick griddle. Add laddalful of dosa flour by highup with small katori.Add little bit oil.

Cook till golden brown and crispy.No need to flip.

Step 4

Our crispy, crunchy and healthy dosa is ready to serve.
