Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Poha, thick
  • 3 cup Full fat milk with malai
  • 2 Tbsp Jaggery, grated
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Mix nuts, chopped

Instructions

Step 1

First 2 to 3 times washed poha, then strain water and keep aside.

Boil milk in a pan for 5 minutes, then add washed poha and boil it milk reduces to 1/2 or cook until creamy and thicknes consistency.

Then turn off the flame. Add ghee, grated jaggery and chopped nuts mix well.
