Ingredients

  1. 2 packets foxtail millet vermicelli
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp urad dal
  5. 1 tbsp chana dal
  6. 1 chopped big onion
  7. 4 green chillies
  8. 1 string curry leaves
  9. 11/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1

I followed the recipe in the vermicelli packet.. First take the vermicelli and soak it in water for 2 minutes..

Step 2

After 2 minutes drain the water.. Steam cook it and take it out….

Add oil in a pan, season it with mustard and add chana dal and urad dal and saute well...

Step 4

When the lentils are fried well, add onions, green chillies and curry leaves and saute well.. Add boiled vermicelli with required amount of salt and mix well.
