Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup jowar flakes
  2. 1/2 cup bajra flakes
  3. 1/2 cup ragi flakes
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 6-7 curry leaves
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 1 tsp grated ginger
  9. 3 tbsp grated carrots
  10. 2 tbsp fried peanuts
  11. 3 tbsp boiled peas
  12. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 2-3 chopped green chillies
  15. As Per Taste Salt

Instructions

Step 1

First wash the jowar, bajra, ragi flakes in a strainer and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, curry leaves chopped green chillies, grated ginger and saute few seconds then add chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder and fry them on low flame. Now add grated carrots mix it well and cook.

Once cooked then add soaked flakes and mix it then add fried peanuts and boiled peas mix it and cook on low flame.

Once mixed everything properly, lastly add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
