Ingredients

  1. 3 sweet potatoes 
  2. 1/4 cup pumpkin 
  3. 1/4 cup zucchini
  4. 1 small beetroot
  5. 1 carrot 
  6. 1 tomato 
  7. 1/4 cup green
  8. 2 cups water
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  11. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 2 tsp garlic 🧄 paste
  13. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  14. Squeeze lemon 
  15. 1 tbsp butter 
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  18. 2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter 
  19. 2 finely chopped onion
  20. 1/2 finely chopped red / green capsicum 
  21. 1 tomato  finely chopped
  22. 1 red chili  chopped

Instructions

Step 1

Boil veggies in pressure cooker with 2 cups water salt & pav bhaji masala till 4 whistle.

When it cool down remove water & keep aside mash all veggies with pav bhaji masher.

Heat oil & butter in a pan add garlic chopped red chili add onion & sauté for 4-5 minutes then add capsicum add tomato sauté it add pav bhaji masala salt & chili powder cook till butter separate.

Add mashed veggies & water which you kept aside & cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes check the seasoning add chopped coriander leaves & butter mix it.
