Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup barnyard millet
  2. 1/4 cup pearl millet
  3. 1/2 glass water
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 chopped carrot
  6. 2 chopped green chilies
  7. 1/2 inch chopped Ginger
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp ghee
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp hing
  12. 1/4 tsp urad dal
  13. 1/4 tsp chana dal

Instructions

Step 1

First take1/2 cup barnyard and 1 /4 cup pearl millet then was it properly and soak for 3 hour. Then cut all vegetables

Then heat a pan add 1 tbsp
ghee and 1/2 cumin seeds and 1/2 hing 1 adFFFfF667 and add green chilli and 1/2 cup chopped carrot. And all vegetables and soaked pearl millet mix well.

Then add soaked barnyard millet add 1/2 cup water and cook it low flame till all water has been absorbed and the
millet has been also cooked

Step 4

Now our healthy tasty barnyard millet and pearl millet vegetable rice is ready transfer to a serving bowl and decorate with green chilli tomato and serve it.
