Ingredients

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • 100 grams dudhi
  • 1 teaspoon grated carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, add salt to the jowar flour and make a dough with hot water.

Now put the noodles in a steamer with a sieve and steam for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Then drain them..
Cut the dudhi into long noodles too..
And steam the dudhi in a steamer too..

Step 4

Now put olive oil in a pan, crush the garlic and add the dudhi noodles and carrots, add all the jowar noodles, add chili and stir. And hot gram. Serve... You can also add cheese and ketchup to it.
