Ingredients

  1. 1 cup jowar flour
  2. 1 medium size onion
  3. 1 medium size capsicum
  4. 100 grams bottle gourd
  5. 3 green chillies
  6. leaves Coriander
  7. 1 pinch kasoori methi
  8. Salt
  9. 2 table spoon curd
  10. Butter required
  11. 1 tablespoon rava

Instructions

Step 1

Chop onion, coriander leaves, capsicum, chillies.Grate bottle gourd.

In a mixing bowl add jowar flour,rava,curd, salt, grated bottle gourd, coriander leaves, chillies, capsicum etc.Mix well.

Heat appe pan add little butter in the cavity.Add one tablespoon batter.Cover and cook both side till brown.If nessesary add more butter.

Serve hot.No need of any chutney or sauce.
