Jowar Chilla is a healthy recipe prepared with jowar flour, onions, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, spices, and other wholesome ingredients. Ingredients

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds roughly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon coriander chopped leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 tablespoons ghee for cooking chilla

Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and add all ingredients together. Gradually add water until the batter has a consistency similar to dosa batter. Warm a nonstick pan slightly, brush it with oil, and spread 2 ladles of the batter in a circular motion. Let it cook for 1 minute, then carefully flip and cook on the other side until slightly golden.

It turns out crispy and delicious serve it hot with mint chutney or it looks great on its own..!
