Jowar Flakes Chivda is a tasty and wholesome snack prepared with fiber-rich jowar flakes and crunchy ingredients. Light, satisfying, and packed with flavor, it makes a nourishing option for anytime snacking.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gms jowar flakes
  2. 4 tsp peanuts
  3. 4 tsp roasted chana dal
  4. 2 tsp coconut flakes
  5. 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  6. 1 sprig curry leaves
  7. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1 tsp chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. as needed Salt
  11. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Step 1

Seive jowar flakes.

Step 2

Heat oil fry peanut, chanadal, coconut flakes, Curry leaves, pumpkin seeds one by one and transfer to a plate.

Step 3

In the remaining hot oil (off the flame)add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder and hing then add jowar flakes, and peanuts chanadal, Curry leaves, pumpkin seeds,salt, coconut combine everything well.

Step 4

Crisp jowar flakes chivda is ready to serve/ enjoy.
