Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup jowar (flakes) flattened rice
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 5 cashews
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 1 sting curry leaves

Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the flattened rice well.

Add hot water, soak for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a colander and drain all the water...

Furthermore, add curd and milk; mix well...

Then add ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt mix well...

In a pan add mustard seeds, urad Dal, curry leaves, cashew, asafoetida splutter... transfer to the yogurt-flattened rice; mix well.
