Jowar Veggies Muthia is a tasty and satisfying dish prepared with fiber-rich jowar and nutrient-packed vegetables. Soft on the inside with a delicious texture, it makes a nourishing option packed with flavor and goodness.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gms Jowar Ka aata/sorghum
  2. as per taste Salt
  3. 1 Tbsp Oil
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder/haldi
  5. 2 tsp Red chilli powder/laal mirch powder
  6. 2tsp Coriander powder/dhania powder
  7. 1 piece Ginger/adarak
  8. 2 tsp sesame seeds/Safed til
  9. 2 tsp chaat masala
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
  11. 1 medium sized grated carrot
  12. 1 medium sized grated cucumber
  13. 50 gms Green onions
  14. 20 gms Green garlic
  15. 50 gms Spinach
  16. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  17. 1/2 tsp Asafoetida/hing powder
  18. As required Oil to deep fry

Instructions

Step 1

Take flour and mix chopped leaves, salt, and oil.

Now make a paste of the rest of the leaves and ginger.

Add this paste to the flour with sesame seeds.

Now add grated carrots and cucumber with all dry spices.

Add chili flakes.

Take a pan and heat the oil.

Mix the flour.

Make small size Mathias.

Deep fry them on low flame.
