Ingredients
1 cup Kambu
1/2 cup urud dal
1/4 cup raw rice
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Salt
Ghee
Instructions
Step 1
Take all the needed ingredients. Soak Kambu,at least 4hrs. Add urud dal,raw rice, Fenugreek together in another bowl and soak the same time as Kambu.
Step 2
Then transfer soaked Kambu to the mixer jar and grind. Then,urudal mixture and grind nicely.
Step 3
Mix both batter together with salt and ferment it around 5hrs. Due to climate changes it takes more than 5hrs to ferment.
Step 4
Add required amount of water to make dosa. Then in a hot tawa, sprinkle oil and pour a ladle of dosa batter and pour oil around it,flip and cook.

That's it. Our healthy Kambu Dosa is ready to serve.
