Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup little millet
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. For the tadka:
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp curry leaved
  8. 1/2 tsp hing
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp urad dal
  11. 1 slit green chilli
  12. 2 dry red chillies
  13. 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the little millet and pressure cook for 2 whistles and let it rest for 10 minutes after that before opening lid.

Step 2

Now heat oil in a pan.

Once hot add all the tadka ingredients and cook till aromatic.

Now mix the tadka to the cooked little millet and mix well.
