Ingredients
For tacos
250gms little millet flour
2tablespoon whole little millet
1/4cup curd
to taste Salt
1/4teaspoon chilli flakes
1/4teaspoon oregano
2tablespoon tbps olive oil
Taco stuffing
2 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/4cup each red and yellow bell pepper in small cubes
1/4cup capsicum in small cubes
1/4cup onion in small cubes
as needed Few cherry tomato in
1/4cup paneer cubes
2tablespoon thinly sliced cabbage
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt or hung curd
As required Few mint leaves for garnish
1 cube cheese for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ingredients given in taco and prepare a firm dough
Step 2
On a butter paper roll a small ball of dough into thick round sheet. In a non-stick pan brush some olive oil and place the prepared round sheet on the pan. Cook on low flame from both the sides. Immediately after taking off the flame, place the sheet on rolling pin to form a shape of taco. And let it sit there until cooled well.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients except the mint leaves and let it be marinade sit there for about 20 minutes. Later place the stuffing in the ready tacos and serve topped with some mint leaves and grated cheese.
