Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup Jowar Atta
  • 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • as per taste Chilli powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • Pinch soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • for frying Oil

Instructions

Step 1

Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine Jowar Atta and besan.

Add onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and chilli powder,soda, sugar Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

Step 5

Just before frying, add salt and a little water to the mixture to make a thick batter.

Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil. Fry until pakodas are crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with fried chilli and peanut chutney.
