Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup finely chopped Tomato
2 tablespoons chopped Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chopped Green chilli
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Jowar Atta
1 cup Besan (gram flour)
as per taste Chilli powder
as per taste Salt
Pinch soda
1/2 teaspoon sugar
for frying Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine Jowar Atta and besan.
Step 3
Add onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and chilli powder,soda, sugar Mix well.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Step 5
Just before frying, add salt and a little water to the mixture to make a thick batter.
Step 6
Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil. Fry until pakodas are crispy and golden brown.
