Ingredients

  • 2 cups Popped jowar
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 6 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 sp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Barik sev

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Step 2

Add onion, green chilli, tomato, and curry leaves. Sauté until onions soften.

Add turmeric powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

Step 4

Rinse popped jowar under water, drain completely, then add to the pan

Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes,add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it.

Serve topped with roasted peanuts and barik sev.
