Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup raagi flour
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • to taste salt
  • as needed butter ya desi ghee

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the ragi flour with the whole wheat flour.

Step 2

Add gram flour (besan), salt, and 1 teaspoon of ghee or oil. Mix well.

Step 3

Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.

Step 4

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–12 minutes.

Step 5

Divide the dough into small portions, roll each into a flat roti, and cook on a hot pan until crisp and evenly cooked on both sides.

Step 6

Apply butter or ghee on top and serve hot.
