1,1 /2 cup Ragi flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Mix ragi flour, salt, and cumin seeds in a bowl.

Gradually add water to make a thin, smooth batter.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan well on high, then reduce to medium heat.
Step 4
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan (do not spread).

Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until the cheela leaves the edges.

Flip and cook the other side for a few minutes.
