Ragi Ladoo in Organic Jaggery is a healthy recipe prepared with ragi flour, wheat flour, organic jaggery, dry fruits, cardamom powder, ghee, and other wholesome ingredients. Ingredients

  • 1 &1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1 &1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1& 1/2 cup organic jaggery grated
  • 1/4 cup dry fruits coarse powder
  • 1 tspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 cup or more ghee

Instructions

Step 1

Dry roast ragi flourin slow flame upto six minutes and keep aside.

Step 2

Dry roast wheat flour for six seven minutes and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat ghee in a pan add both flours and roast till mix together.Cool.

Step 4

Now add grated jaggery, cardamom powder and dry fruit powder and mix well by hands.Roll ladoos as desired size and enjoy.
