Ingredients
1 cup ragi
1/2 cup quiona
2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs ghee/ butter
Instructions
Step 1
Soak ragi and quinoa overnight. Grind to fine paste let it ferment.
Step 2
Apply ghee on a tava and spread 2 tbs batter in shape of dosa trun on the other side and cook till done serve with chutney. Or can make uttappa of this batter. Adding onion,tomato,green chilli, grated carrots.
