Ingredients

  • 2 cup Ragi powder
  • 3 Banana (ripe)
  • 1 cup Jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Fried broken nuts & raisins

Instructions

Step 1

Blend banana,, jaggery powder, millet powder, cardamom powder & ghee (1 tbsp).

Step 2

Then add fried nuts & raisins. Mix it wel Heat a pan, pour 1 tsp ghee, pour 1 spoonful of ragi batter into the pan.

Step 3

Cook it on low heat. When it becomes slightly brown on both sides.remove from heat.Ready to Serve.
