Ingredients

  • 4 medium size potato
  • 1/2 cup roasted rice flakes flour
  • 3 green chilies
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspoon cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt
  • Oil as required

Instructions

Step 1

Boil potatoes.Take all the ingredients together.ln a mixer grinder add chilli, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic cloves grind coarsely.

In a mixing bowl potatoes and mash them.To this add salt, grounded masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, roasted rice flakes flour,cumin seeds and mix well.Make dough.

Step 3

Heat a uttapam pan add little oil.Make tikkis from dough and roast them in slow flame till brown and crispy.Serve hot.
