Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick rice flakes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 table spoon besan
  • 2 table spoon rice flour
  • Oil as per requirement
  • Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and soak rice flakes for ten minutes.

In a mixing bowl add soaked poha,mash it.Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli, garlic -, crush chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and salt.Mix well.Add rice flour and besan.Add water till pouring consistency.

Step 3

Heat a mini uttapam pan add little oil in the cavity.Add one tablespoon mixture.Cover and cook.

Once cooked in one side flip and cook till golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
