Sabudana Millet Dosa

Sabudana Millet Dosa

About This Recipe

Sabudana Millet Dosa

Sabudana millet dosa is a light, crisp, and nourishing dosa prepared from a soaked and ground batter of sabudana (sago) combined with nutrient-rich millets and mild spices, making it a tasty variation of the traditional dosa. The dosa has a delicate texture and pleasant flavor, and it pairs well with coconut chutney or spicy podi for a satisfying meal.

Sabudana provides easily digestible carbohydrates that give quick energy, making the dosa suitable during fasting periods or for active individuals. Millets add dietary fiber, plant-based protein, and essential minerals like iron and magnesium, helping to regulate blood sugar levels and support digestion.

Together, sabudana and millets make this dosa naturally gluten-free, gentle on the stomach, supportive of heart health, and a balanced source of both instant and sustained energy, making sabudana millet dosa a healthy choice for breakfast or light meals.
