Ingredients

  1. 1 cup samak rice
  2. 2 tbsp sabudana
  3. 1 tsp Sendha namak
  4. 1 cup Grated ghiya
  5. 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
  6. 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  7. 1 cup Curd
  8. 1 tsp Jeera
  9. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  10. 2 tbsp curry leaves
  11. 3 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and soak the rice and sabudana separately for 4 hours.

Step 2

Now drain the extra water grind into fine paste with 1 tbsp water.

Step 3

Now add grated ghiya, salt, curd, ginger and green chilli paste. Mix well.

Step 4

Set aside for 4 hours.

Step 5

Now heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves and sesame seeds just saute pour the batter.Then pour the batter, cover, and cook on very low heat from both sides.
Similarly, cook the remaining batter in batches. Keep the flame low throughout.

Step 6

Serve hot with chutney or raita.
