Ingredients

  1. Half cup curd
  2. 2 cup sprouted Ragi flour
  3. 3-4 tablespoon rice flour
  4. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. Half tablespoon garam masala
  6. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Oil
  9. 1 tables in ginger garlic paste

Instructions

Step 1

In bowl take curd then add sprouted Ragi flour and rice flour Or you can add Sorgam flour. Then add chopped coriander, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala and salt as per taste

Step 2

Then add 1 tablespoon oil and ginger garlic paste and make batter with adding water.

This batter become very thin when pan is hot pour batter in pan evenly. then fry from both side and serve with coconut chutney,potato sabji and any other dip.
