Sugar Free Ragi Kheer is a healthy recipe prepared with ragi flour, milk, natural sweeteners, cardamom, nuts, and other wholesome ingredients. Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons whole ragi
  • 1 liter milk
  • 50 grams khoya
  • 3 teaspoons date paste
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 6 saffron threads
  • 3 teaspoons chopped dry fruits
  • 7 rose petals

Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the ragi and soak it for 7_8 hours.Then drain the water from the ragi, grind it in a mixer jar and pour its paste.

Step 2

Now we will soak the dates in milk for 1 hour and make a paste out of them.

Now heat the milk in a pan and when the milk gets hot, add the ragi paste to it and keep stirring for 15-20 minutes.Now when the ragi is cooked well, add the khoya and date paste to it.

Step 4

Add saffron and cardamom powder and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes till it gets well mixed. Now we will let it cool down. When it is time to serve, we will add dry fruits and rose petals. This is how your ragi kheer is prepared.
